Skull Session

HECHT, Daniel - Personal Name;

Despite his remarkable intellect, Paul Skoglund has struggled to hold down a steady job, partly due to his Tourette's syndrome. When his eccentric, wealthy aunt asks him to oversee repairs at her grand hunting lodge, Paul, in no position to refuse, reluctantly agrees.

However, upon arriving, he discovers the house has been brutally vandalized—a scene of almost superhuman destruction. The violence is eerily linked to a string of disappearances and grisly deaths plaguing the area. Paul is drawn into the mystery, wondering what kind of dark passion and terrifying strength could fuel such devastation.

As state police investigator Mo Ford delves into the case through official channels, escalating events pull Paul deeper into the secrets of his family’s past—and into the darker, more dangerous corners of his own nature.
